How can I buy tickets for shows?

Pay online directly with your credit/debit card; or pay by cash in person in the office (Bedford Suite Entrance). Whilst we advise pre-booking on all of our events – as we cannot guarantee ticket availability – there may, on occasion, be tickets available on-the-door which can be purchased upon arrival by cash or debit card.

Are there any booking fees?

Small booking fees may be applied to shows. This is typically set at 50p per ticket (the lowest theatre rate) and goes towards running costs and renovation of the charity-run venue.

Can I buy tickets from the Town Hall’s Box Office?

Yes, absolutely.  You can buy directly from the Box Office at the Bedford Suite Entrance. Alternatively, you can pay online (24/7) or over the phone 0121 296 9543 (Mon-Fri, 10AM-4PM).

What is the telephone number for the Box Office?

The Box Office telephone number is 0121 2969 543.  The office is open from 10am to 4pm Mon – Fri.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Yes, you can purchase tickets on the door.  We are unable to guarantee tickets on the door and you may like to check availability with the Box Office before you travel.

Is there a charge for printing my own tickets or collecting them on the door?

It is free to print your own tickets or to collect your pre-paid tickets on the door.  Please ensure you have some form of ID with you to collect your tickets.

Can I display my e-ticket on my mobile phone?

Yes.  You can save printing costs by bringing your e-ticket to the venue on your smart phone or tablet.  All ticket purchases and seat allocations are recorded for your security.

Where is the seating plan?

The seating plans are visible when you book your tickets – there may be slight variations in seating arrangements depending on the type of performance.

What are concessions?

Concessions are tickets that have been discounted.  This applies to tickets for children under 16, seniors, students and guests with disabilities.

Concession rates vary depending on each show. Please check for concessions when you purchase online.

Are there any voucher codes?

Check for voucher codes on the website and our social media.  They can be used on checkout.
