Accessibility

Sutton Coldfield Town Hall has two principal entrances both of which are wheelchair accessible on flat ground with no steps. There is also a lay-by directly outside of the main entrance for easy drop-offs.

Inside the Main Auditorium, on seated shows, we have seating on both ground and elevated levels shown on the event seating plan as “Stalls” (on the ground) and “Tier” (up steps).

Accessible Seating

We have two designated wheelchair-accessible spaces available per event (Row H, Seats 6 and 17, where chairs can be removed).

If you have other access requirements or specific seating needs, please contact our Box Office team. We are happy to advise on the most suitable seating options based on your requirements.

Carer Tickets

We offer up to two discounted carer tickets per show or event at 50% off the standard ticket price.

Please note:
• Availability is limited and subject to our agreements with visiting promoters and agents
• Carer tickets are subject to availability per event
• These tickets can only be booked via our Box Office (by phone or in person)
• Our team will ask for proof of disability or carer requirement at the time of booking

We are not currently part of external access schemes such as the Access Card scheme and are therefore unable to accept these as booking verification. We also do not offer free carer tickets.

Blue Badge holders can make use of the Accessible Parking bays provided to the side of The Town Hall, outside the Old Council Chambers.

If you require any additional assistance on the night, just speak to a member of the Front of House team who will look after you.

Relaxed Performances are available with our in-house professional Christmas Pantomime each year though, and also for some of our shows.
